A new blog with some backlogged content

The blog is new, but I've been writing articles for a while. I wanted to share wisdom I've learned and get a chance to share stories from my community with my clients and the greater world. I'll use this space to do that. Some of these will be on coaching, tech leadership, organizational development. Some will just be strange musings I've hard. Some can be longer excerpts from books I'm trying to write or have started and abandoned but there is still good stuff in there.
