Neurodiversity Coaching
Supporting my own community
In 2024, I received an ADHD diagnosis. I already had an autism diagnosis. I was now in a part of the community called ADHD. My goal is to provide support & guidance for people in the neurodiversity (ND) community with compassion and understanding that comes from experience.
At first, I struggled with this new understanding of myself. The mental transition of seeing myself in this new light. Building a new operational framework took a long time to form and take hold. This is not a challenge people should take on their own.
The purpose of coaching is to guide people in finding their most genuine selves and achieving their maximum capabilities.
I’m currently enrolled in a training course to gain a certification in neurodiversity coaching. As I expand this area of my business, I’m looking to expand and support the ND community.
If you’re currently struggling, in transition, or find yourself in need of support through a hard challenge, coaching is right for you. Please contact me today.
